Fish Nor Fowl is the Richard DeShantz Restaurant Group’s rustic, Italian-influenced kitchen on Penn Avenue.

We’re known for a chic, pasta-forward menu influenced by Italian cooking. The menu changes with the seasons and the kitchen’s inspiration, with handmade pasta, thoughtful small plates, and a clean, plant-filled dining room.

Our menu uses modern Italian techniques in handmade pasta, wood-fired dishes, and globally inspired plates. The ingredients and preparations change with what inspires the kitchen each season.

We’re open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday at 5 p.m.
